Hotel is located about 4 km from city. Relaxing place, not noisy, and a lot of space. Good if you come with kids.

it was clean and rooms were very nice

staff were a little slow . had to bring my own cade in and to my room and down again .

clean modern hotel ideally situated for our visit. very friendly and helpful staff. plenty of easy parking.

aircon fan a bit noisy. toilet not well placed, a bit of contortion required to get to the toilet roll holder. internet access overly complicated, but signal good.

noisy neighbors because of thin walls and water heater in the shower didn’t work properly I told the receptionist and he told me to check it but the day after nothing changed they also didn’t give me another room I guess they preferred to play with their mobile phone behind their desk

Clean, convenient, cosy and a recommendation for anyone!

The hotel and staff were amazing, the hotel was clean and we were made to feel comfortable. The room was a very good size and modern. Overall, lovely stay and highly recommend.

Location was a little far out, took about 15 mins to get into the centre of Hua Hin. However, grabs were easily accessible and cheap and the staff were willing to change up money for convenience. Not a massive problem and every effort was made to ensure it wasn’t an issue. Still recommend property.

The room was so comfortable!

The room was so comfortable! There are table for working, a sofa that we used as extra-bed for our 6yo son (just used own beddings), very comfy pillows and mattress and many others thing in the room! It’s closed to Black Mountain Water Park, but far from the beach. We stayed one night but will stay again when come back to HH.

Good place and will back to stay again.

Wide and Clean room and comfort hotel ,nice staff . Delicious food in restaurant ,place near with central area . Reasonable price to stay.

Air conditioning should be clean as periodical (6M/time), when start it's have to take time and not fresh air in the beginning.

Highly recommended if you are travelling as couples, family with children & elderly.

Free breakfast included in our booking was excellent. On days with low occupancy, we will order & kitchen will prepare on the spot, we got freshly cooked & hot food. On weekends, simple buffet was offered (American breakfast, porridge, rice etc) Food & beverages were refillable. Room was superbly clean, new & spacious. Hotel provided airport pick up & transport back to the airport at no charge. They even offered to send us to nearby shopping malls and night market at no charge. Staff are extremely helpful & friendly. Special thanks to Ms Pokkate who was being extra helpful to prepare an itinerary in English with detailed description of each place of interest a night before our 1 day' city tour. Will definitely come back & recommend Triple Z Hotel.

Could be better if the staff can speak in English. No English TV channels available, only local Thai channels.

The location far from the center and the beach is very well compensate by a very good value for money. Friendly staffs and manager. Very good bed. Big room with nice view. Hotel one year old only.

It was a pleasant experience with triple z hotel.

It was a pleasant experience with triple z hotel. Their staffs are polite and helpful. I forgotten to bring along my international adaptor and they borrowed one for me. Their in charge ( I didn’t manage to ask for her name) was so nice and speak fluent English. On valentine day, a chocolate gift from the hotel and a heart shape towel folded for us. And they even provide me transport to airport on my checkout! Definitely will come back to stay if I’m coming back to Hua Hin. Overall, bed is thumbs up! Pillow is fluffy and air conditioning works wonder. Room is spacious and with a Mountain View. Clean room with bathrobe and slipper for our comfort. Breakfast was served simple and adequate. Nothing much to complaint.

Location is a bit far from the town. And to walk to the nearest 7-Eleven you need to cross a big road which is quite dangerous. But as long you willing to spent a bit for the transport, the location still not that bad. Hiring taxi or simply Grab are accessible here. I even ordered food delivery on my stay because too lazy to go to the town. The bathroom drainage sometimes will come out with some bad odor. Although the hotel did try to put a fragrance inside, but it doesn’t cover the bad smell.

Too far from town or anything of interest I think it would be better to stay in town and spend the 600 to 1000 bht taxi money on your room

Great find - highly recommend

Excellent friendly and helpful staff; pristine throughout; decent sized pool with small seating area; basic but adequate breakfast buffet; super room with very comfortable bed;daily toiletries; soft drinks and tea and coffee free and replenished daily; some snacks in room replenished every couple of days and they were also free; ok gym with some cardio, free weights and couple of machines; close to cheap restaurants (Golden Star opposite highly recommended)

It is 15 mins on moped to centre of town which was fine for us but wouldn’t suit everyone

The room was super fresh .. all new fittings , powerful shower, big fluffy pillows . One staff member spoke good English, she Organised scooters , taxis .. this was my third week around Thailand & by far the best hotel iv had the pleasure to stay in I will definitely go Bach if I visit HH

Very easy to loose your bearing by scooter, use taxi in the evening .. or download a data free navigation app , easy if two ppl sharing a scooter .

One of the best hotels ever stayed

The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staffs made it feel like a homestay. Very warm and hospitable stay. Good for all ages. Will definitely return here again.

Location is a little out of the way, but as it was away the hustle and bustle of the town, it provided a very chill and laid back ambience for a good night's rest.
